The core focus being grassroots coaching for ages 6 years onwards for both girls and boys & an open-age women’s category, we intend to build the best possible teams for all youth leagues organized by AIFF & WIFA.
COACHES
Sam is an AFC certified “B” License coach who has been coaching kids and adults across various age groups for the last 8 years in Mumbai. He believes that if India needs to compete at the highest level in world football then the primary aim must be to develop football at the grassroots level by focusing on improving techniques and skills of children at a young age.
Sam has coached several teams participating in Amateur and Semi Pro leagues. He actively works with some Youth teams playing in the I-League and MDFA leagues in Mumbai and also plays for a Super division team participating in the MDFA league.
With Sportsfort, Sam will concentrate on identifying and nurturing talent at a young age. His session plans and drills would be designed to ensure that players master the techniques and learn how to make quick decisions in match like scenarios
SAMEER KAPOOR
HEAD COACH
Govi is an Australian coach with a Sports Management Diploma from Torrens University. He has worked extensively with FFA approved coaches to develop and implement C and D license training programs.
With a strong conviction in the importance of a holistic approach he focuses on refining player awareness and team communication. He aims to enhance player skills, physical fitness and develop the understanding of the game.
He has coached the Bollywood All Stars FC Team and was instrumental in setting up the Roots Football Academy. He also manages the The Legends Cup.
At Sportsfort he will operate as a Technical advisor to ensure the highest standards of session delivery, safety, quality control, grounds and communication. He will be working closely with Head Coach Sameer Kapoor to assist with implementation of coaching sessions.

Melchior is a ‘D’ licensed football coach and football runs in his veins.

Mel has played for Pune FC junior I-League team and represented Maharashtra and the District. He currently plays for Elite Division team - HDFC
His aim is to skill trainees reach their goals faster and enable them to play in better leagues and teams.
